  Operations Manager
Operations Manager needed to join our team. BookingCenter is a global leader in Internet reservation software for independent properties, such as hotels, B&Bs and lodges, as well as orgnaizations nad entrepreneurs. We have offices in Northern California, the New York City metro area, the United Kingdom, and Australia..
Your main responsibility will be in coordinating the support, training, product marketing, and quality assurance teams at BookingCenter. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in management - either personnel or supply chain management - ideally within the hospitality or Internet industry. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you wil become a 'hub' for the various parts of a geographically-distributed team. You are a problem solver who is comfortable managing people, providing leadership, and helping people overcome their short-comings by training, management, or resource allocations. You may work at our office or at your home with a geographically distributed team on 3 continents. Technical Support
Tech Support Manager needed to join our team. BookingCenter is the global leader in Internet reservation software for independent properties, such as hotels, B&Bs and lodges. We currently have offices in Northern California and Australia.
Your main responsibility will be providing email and telephone support for customers around the world, as well as training them on teh use of our tools. We would love you to have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer/technical support, ideally within the hospitality, Internet or software industry. However, we are willing to train the proper candidate. You have excellent communication and customer relations skills. You are a problem solver who is comfortable working at home with a geographically distributed team. In return, you will receive a competitive salary package, including bonus plus stock options.
