Added Blackout Dates:  If Hotel is forced to close out room block for any reason other than blackout dates already listed; Hotel shall give The Hotels of San Francisco  immediate written notice.  Hotel agrees to honor all confirmed bookings and allow Supplier up to two (2) business days to report any such bookings to Hotel.

Overbooking: Hotel agrees to honor all reservations and hold all rooms on a guaranteed basis.  Property agrees that The Hotels of San Francisco customers will always be the last customer to be relocated.  In the event the property must relocate a The Hotels of San Francisco customer, the property will at properties expense.

1.              Relocate and transfer customer to a comparable or better accommodation at hotels expense. 

2.              Deliver a written apology to the The Hotels of San Francisco customer which includes an explanation which absolves The Hotels of San Francisco of all responsibility.

Payment: Hotel agrees to provide supplier with one monthly detailed invoice for all reservations departing in the previous month.  The Hotels of San Francisco  agrees to reconcile invoice within 10 business days and reply via fax with authorization to charge The Hotels of San Franciscoâs Corporate American Express Card.
