A full range of information can be gathered from the Booking Details page, most importantly the Guest information, Deposit received, Credit Card details (unencrypted using Oracles' 256-bit schema in an SSL secure session) and any Extra Items that were purchased by the Guest as stand-alone or in a Package. You can communicate with your Guests wherever you happen to be.
