Running the BookingCenter datafile on multiple machines must be done with preparation and care, as all information about a property is contained in a single 'datafile'. If one person was to make a booking in their BookingCenter software and then email the datafile to another, NO changes could be made by the original person until the person emailed the datafile BACK again. Or else the datfiles being sent around would be out of sync.

So, running two copies of BookingCenter between two computers via emailing or copying to a disk can be done. But keeping them in sycn is of paramount importance.
