Web Buttons

To make real-time booking from your personal website, you must request that the user clicks on something to pull up an availability window. The way this is traditionally done is via a Web Button. We have examples of a few Web Buttons you may use below. To place these images (or one that you create to match the “style” of your site), follow these directions:

1. Place the image you want to use as the “Book Now!” image on your web server in a directory you write down - you will need the “path to the directory” later.
   
   
2. On all the pages you want a visitor to be able to click “Book Now”, place the code pertaining to your Property that you will find when you login to the Member's Area of BookingCenter.com. This code will be bring up the correct enquiry into the booking system for your specific property.

Below are some styles of buttons we have created to promote online bookings from your site. To place one or more of these buttons on your web site, save the images to your hard drive.

• Netscape users: Click and hold your cursor over the 'Make a Booking Now' image to "Save this Image as..".
• Internet Explorer users: Click and hold your cursor over the 'Make a Booking Now' image to "Download Image to disk".

Name the image and add this to all the web pages you want user's to book from . The image should contain an http reference to the booking URL for your particular property (this means that when a user clicks on the graphic, the link will bring them to your Enquiry Screen).
