Custom messages created with data from Bookings, Guest and Marketing areas are automatically merged into any document formatted to user's exact requirements. Improved Tax & Accounting

Bed & Breakfasts and other package bundlers of accommodations can now set values per day, per guest, to be added/subtracted to/from a tax rate. This enables easier reporting for Bed & Breakfasts by isolating the breakfast potion of a rate for State Tax but not Occupancy Tax.

 

Improved QuickBooks/MYOB postings allow the option of Cash-Based or Accrual Accounting and assigns a Batch number to each export to prevent double entry.

 

BookingCenter now works seamlessly with all major call accounting applications. Improved import capabilities streamline importing all data from users upgrading to BookingCenter from older systems.
