BookingCenter System Improvements

BookingCenter Pro Desktop Property Management Software
BookingCenter Pro is now at version 5.13. Log in to your Support Area (support.bookingcenter.com/) to download the newest updater. Here are three important new features.

SMS Messaging
Sign up for BookingCenterís new SMS notification service, and have new, modified, and cancelled booking notifications sent as text messages to your mobile phone. Chose to be notified on only the messages you want, such as GDS and/or web site bookings.

Corporate Accounts
Do you use Direct Bills or Debtor Accounts? Use the new reporting tools to issue 'Unpaid Statements' and email an account summary with complete details for fast and easy direct billing.

Booking Engine Enhancements
Add the option to require (or not) confirming policy, dietary restrictions, and special needs info prior to completing a booking.

BookingCenter MyPMS - Web based Property Management Software
The MyPMS development team has made upgrades to the server environment, resulting in increased speed and improved over all performance and reliability.

BookingCenter Management Tool
The Management Tool is updated to include new fields required for the GDS (latitude and longitude and airport codes) and improved error checking to make creating new seasons and rates faster. The manual is also updated.

The BookingCenter team continues to grow and welcomes Jason Mispagel.

Jason Mispagel, Account Manager
Jason brings to BookingCenter a sales background for companies including Airborne Express and Cingular/BellSouth Wireless Data. Being in solution sales for 14 years, he has consulted with fortune 500 executives, small business owners, and property managers on how to make their daily work environment and goals more manageable. With a focus on operational efficiencies and his ability to help customers with technology, Jason makes an excellent addition to the BookingCenter team.

When Jason is not helping customers he spends time as a photographer and drumming instructor. He also enjoys golf and running wild. Jason graduated from Saint Mary’s College with a BA in Business Administration. He has recently become a father and enjoys every day spending time with his children and wife.

We are very pleased to have him on the team.
