Multi–user Licenses

Network multiple machines (even Windows and Macs together) on a network. Only $100 per additional user with bulk discounts for 5 or more. Email for bulk inquiries.

Group Booking Manager

For businesses that work with groups, this module fits tightly into your BookingCenter software to manage multiple guest accounts within a single account. Excellent for preparing and printing (to email, screen, or printer) group itineraries and invoices.

Owner Management

For businesses that work with multiple owners of rooms or properties, this module fits tightly into your BookingCenter software to manage owner accounts within a multi–owner facility. Excellent for preparing and printing (to email, screen, or printer) owner receipts, invoices, and reports. If you run a condominium, vacation rental, apartment, or time share facility — this is for you!

Call Accounting

For businesses that use PBX systems, BookingCenter will append all your guest's calls to the Booking Detail (called Folios in some systems) so that you receive complete records and revenue from all calls made between check–in and check–out. We have partnered with CommSoft and Metropolis to support their Call Accounting system that runs on Windows 95/98/ME/2000/NT. Nearly all PBX systems in N America, Europe, Commonwealth countries, and the Americas are covered. By installing the Call Accounting module, you can automatically bill all calls to the Guest between check–in and check–out.

The POS Module enables BookingCenter PRO customers to access:

  • Online Transactions
    Transact each booking from every online customer who books rooms from you. With the Point of Sale module, BookingCenter will use your existing Merchant Account (or, we'll help you get one) to conform your online booking to your deposit policy (as a percentage (%) of the booking or a flat fee — you choose which) before the guest is given a confirmation number. The remainder of the booking can then be transacted directly from your BookingCenter Software or the Internet Gateway at your discretion. This makes running an Internet booking business as seamless as your front desk — guaranteeing cash flow and assessing your online customers.
     
  • Inventory Sales
    With the BookingCenter Point–of–Sales, you will be able to sell Packages and Inventory Items online and at your facility such as romance weekends, dinners, tours, gifts, liquor, etc. Each inventory type (or specific piece of inventory) may have it's own tax basis, deposit policy, and buy & sell price. This enables you to report not just on booking revenue, but on food sales, gift items, parking, etc. to see how much business you are generating in sales. Also, it's easy to add these inventory items to a guest's account from any computer connected to the system. Perfect for resorts, restaurants, and retail shops on–premise.
     
  • Registers
    The Registers feature in BookingCenter enables all computers to act as registers — accepting cash, credit cards (in real–time though our Swipe System and Authorization bundle), gift certificates, and traveler's checks. The system connects to any cash drawer and Epson receipt printers to offer a simple, inexpensive, and full–featured financial management solution for your property. It's easy to accept walk–in sales or transact a guest's stay at check–out. Ask us about running a complete Point–of–Sale solution from BookingCenter.
     
  • Real–Time Credit/Debit Card Processing
    If you have your Register setup to accept "credit card reader" and "online authorization", and a Credit Card type was chosen as the Receipt Type, the BookingCenter screen will tell the user to swipe a card. Once swiped, the POS system will authorize the transaction amount (or return error notices explaining why the transaction can not be processed), and return the authorization code to the Receipt, print out a signature slip, and open the cash drawer to place the signed receipt.
     
    Processing credit cards through the Internet requires a gateway subscription to that allows access to your Merchant Account. We have built gateway software from AuthorizeNet and IBM into the BookingCenter software to provide the best reporting and management of credit/debit/e*check/charge backs/authorization — all through your BookingCenter Member's Area or your Gateway provider's secure website. It is the least expensive, most useful, easiest–to–use credit card processing service we have ever seen!
