I had been selected for a full tourism tax and special district assessment audit and they needed to do this the very next week. This onsite audit took multiple days and two reams of printed paper and covered 4 years of operation. The auditor looked at the records electronically and in printed reports. The auditor also scrutinized the online system of reservations.

Luckily for me, I had BookingCenter on my side. Not only was I able to generate all the types of reports he required but (having used BookingCenter consistently) I had all the records all ready to go, without having to rush around and prepare for his visit!! I generated reports and analysis for the auditor that I had never used before when managing my business. The BookingCenter system had these analysis reports pre-programmed, all streamlined and set up, so I could easily get the right combinations for his inquiries. By the second day of his requests, I would think to myself, "Okay, I do not know this but I will bet BookingCenter has it in this software somewhere." And it was easy enough that I did not even call BookingCenter support.

The audit went smooth, and we did not owed any back taxes. Even though I am a small business, I looked and was professional in my responses for the auditor.

We use the Booking Center and believe it's the best product on the market after comparing with the other systems out there including Guest Tracker and Rezovations. Booking Center is much further down the road in terms of its technical capabilities and support in our opinion. Their responsiveness to Innkeeper feedback and suggested improvements is quite impressive. Internet distribution of your inventory is extensive and immediate synchronization with Version 5.0 makes double bookings impossible.

    This is the most user friendly and value for money software that I came across. What particularly impressed me:

    1. You can decide and purchase only the modules that will suit your operation best
    2. Particular easy and simple to use and make bookings - your complete availability grid visible from where any action can be performed.
    3. Professional and prompt support from the support and sales teams -especially Jeff Tweddale and Dan Arendt.
    4. The software DEMO & BC LITE is easily downloaded in minutes from the internet - no cost or risk involved. Then you only spend $ 150 or $ 395 to be connected to the On-line bookings network depending on your number of rooms/ units and inventory.

    I suggest that you get started by downloading or buying either the BookingCentre LITE or PRO in order to start setting up your own property info into the software. Then start operating your booking system to get fully acquainted with it before registering and publishing your rooms on the internet. I am confident that you will enjoy it as much as I do!

    I am really excited about the opportunities with this amazing product and hope that it would also suit and fulfill your needs.
