This avoids any up-front fees, and BookingCenter provides support during the setup phase.

Your ‘Concierge’ – account representative –  handles the setup, your data imports, and trains your staff – from data transfer, to front desk, to back office. This is the easiest way to switch to a new system and we guarantee that we’ll have your PMS system (PMS, booking engine, and GDS/OTA contracts) ready with training scheduled within 2 weeks – often times faster. Get a full-featured 30 Day FREE Trial that your team sets up and can include the PMS; Booking Engine; Expedia, Booking.com, and/or Google Hotels connection; your merchant account setup for payments.  BookingCenter has a ‘Self Setup Wizard’ that walks you through the basic setup and we support you for 30 days to deploy the systems.  Then, if you like it, begin paying only for the services you need after 30 days.
